short and sweet

The photo on the left is of my girls, the one on the right is of me at Arilyn's age. I definitely can see the resemblance! The main difference I see is her lack of hair, but her hair is even the same color.

Showing a little belly.

Cuddling with daddy.

Angel face.

The past few weeks have been busy for us:

The kids had parent teacher conference...ahh what can I say??!! Both went extremely well.

Kyler's was up first, Mrs. Walker said "what can I say about Kyler? He's AMAZING in every way." She went on to say he is the best reader in class, reading at over an 8th grade level (he's in 3rd grade), he was the classroom spokesperson for Battle of the Books, to which his teacher said the 5th grade teachers were "drooling" over him, he is a good student and it's an honor to have him in her class. She went on to say he has an opportunity to at TAG (talented and gifted) at OSU (Oregon State University)...wow! Only 1 other 3rd grade student in the school has this chance, she stated. She told Kyler, keep this up at you have your shot at ANY college, literally ANY! Wow.
Lexi's was next. Mrs Haley started off by hugging Lexi, then went on to say what a pure joy she is, always willing to help, reads whatever is put in front of her, is in advanced math, doing everything at at least a first grade level (she's in kindergarten). She went on to tell us we need to really push the fact that she is advanced with her teacher next year.

No gripes, complaints, issues. They exceed in every area! I am SO utterly proud of my babies!!!!

Now, miss Ari Jade...she is crazy! She is now pulling herself up, hopping to toys...SEMI MOBILE! The time has come sooner than I expected. She sees brother and sister doing all this fun stuff and wants to partake, in my opinion anyway. She is a very driven baby.

We were very pleased with how they turned out. All 3 kids smiled the whole time, no melt downs, yay!

That is all for now...

HAPPY EASTER!
