And on to June...

Lexi ready for her dance photos.
She will be performing to Over the Rainbow as part of the rainbow. It is adorable, I can't wait!

Passed out.

Such a big girl standing waiting for her bath. I just love those chunky legs!

Lexi asked if Ari could play with her. She called me in to show me she had dressed Ari up. SO cute!

Arilyn was her baby, for the time being.

Eating baby puffs. She loves food, like her big sister.

As she eats and drinks she says "mmm..." So funny.

Her new silly face. She huffs and puffs and makes this face. I love it. If you look closely you can see that bottom tooth!

Kyler "goofing it up" as he says.

My beauties.

Ari has new shoes.

My angels!

The countdown for school has begun...4 1/2 days this week and 2 1/2 the following! This weekend Lexi will be in our strawberry festival parade with her ballet class. She is thrilled!

Ari is on a roll...moving and grooving; never slowing down!

Soon (fingers crossed) we will be on our way to Utah. I really hope nothing messes up our plans this time. We can't wait. Plenty of hugs in our near future.

Happy Memorial Day and happy June!

enjoying some sunshine

Some highlights of our past few weeks:

Make your own pizza night, a favorite in our household.
We got a new hiking carrier. Arilyn passed out as daddy carried her around the house for a bit.

Her first time on the boat. She snacked, played, checked things out and napped.

Mama duck with her babies.

Heron

We also saw 2 turtles

Our first hike as a family of 5 (plus Zed)

THE stairs...long, steep, twisty and beautiful. A great work out.

The top. I cannot capture the length. That should say something.

Of course, she slept.

Lexi with her new discovery.

Makes you feel rather small...

Checking out the water falls.

She was in awe, to say the least.

pose time!

86 rings...86 years old...oh my!

She is always so happy!

How I love her!

She loves being outside.

Slip 'n slide time.

Discovering the grass.

Fishing and chasing geese at Waverly Park.

Passed out.

Wild trampoline hair!

As the weather warms up I am reminded of how much I love the outdoors. Last year was spent being pregnant...hot, tired, swollen. Yet I continued to be active. I am hoping having little Arilyn will not slow us down this year with our outdoor ventures. So far she is so content with any environment, as long as mama is near. Here's to a beautiful summer!!
