fall activities

Us in Hawaii at a luau. I had meant to scan this photo in since Aug.

Lexi's soccer shot, #8 Pixies!
(haven't gotten Kyler's yet)
Lexi's team.

 Beautiful morning
Hiking after school at McDowell Creek Falls.

Ari took the stairs of doom like a champ. What a workout!

 A salamander.

Ari never wanting to be smaller than us.

Last fall soccer games (besides the tournament next weekend).
A hail/rain storm blew in halfway through Kyler's game. He was freezing by the end but they still played hard.

Lexi's last game. Again, the rain prevented me to take many photos. She scored 2 goals for the 2nd week in a row!
 A SpongeBob cake I made for a friend's son.

Lately life has been back to gloomy for me. Last week marked 5 months since my mom passed, yesterday was 2 years since my furry friend Winky passed (I had had him for more than half of my life) and this Thursday is my mom's birthday. She would've been 56. Too young to be gone. And her children and grand kids are too young to be without her. To those who pray, please say a prayer for peace for myself and family. We can use it.

Bieber concert & pumpkin patch!

Several months ago we bought Lexi Justin Bieber concert tickets in Tacoma. We took Kyler to see Weezer when he was 6, so she had been waiting for her chance. Plus, she deserved it.
My friend was planning on coming with us but wasn't able to last minute. So we roped the JB loathing Kyler into joining us.
Carly Rae Jepsen opened for him. We had a great time and I hope the memory will remain with them forever.
(excuse all of the camera phone pictures)

Ari stayed at a nearby hotel with dada. She told me "dad and me partied all night".
Heading to the pumpkin patch, my very favorite fall activity. Ari's face cracks me up.
It just so happened to be our first rainy/fall like day. Perfect.

Sunflower maze

Picking our pumpkins. Ari said they were all so cute.

Arilyn's birthday!

Thanks to aunt Marissa and uncle Ian for her Minnie Mouse hat and tutu (not pictured).

Thanks to grandpa and grandma for her Minnie play set.
 Picture day:
Alexia Brei, 2nd grade.

 Kyler Deyn, 5th grade.
 Ari wanted a photo, too.
Lexi won the citizen of the month award for her large class of 33 on the very first month of the school year. So proud of her!
Thanks to aunt Candice and family for her Cinderella baby.
 Lexi's award.

The Minnie Mouse cake I made Ari.

 Her special birthday breakfast

Thanks to the Endo family for her American Girl diaper bag and accessories.

Kyler picked out a Lego zoo play set for Ari, Lexi picked out a stroller and as a family we bought her an American Girl bitty baby.
She LOVES her, named her Leah.
 Ready to party!

Chuck E Cheese with family and friends!

 Our Halloween decor.

Thanks to everyone who participated in Arilyn's special day (near and far). It means a lot to us all. She had a great day. Hard to believe our baby is 2 years old.
