A busy week

A silly photo of Ari I caught this morning. She was saying "cheeeeese" to me.

 Lexi had her first recital of the year yesterday. She did AMAZING! She didn't miss a beat or a step. Very proud of her. Jared was at Kyler's soccer game, so it was my dad, Ari and I. I was filming and taking photos with a very active Ari on my lap, so the pictures aren't the best quality.

 Jared was out of town (for the 3rd time in April) last week. The kids and I decided to add a new tradition: we will have a fancy dinner on our last dinner alone before he returns. We took 10 minutes to get ready (in whatever they want) and met for dinner. We had OJ in wine glasses, too! We loved it.

On Thursday, Lexi had dance photos. Next weekend she has her first recital of the year. She looked so beautiful in her costume. I can't wait to watch her perform.

Trampoline and crazy hair fun

Today Kyler had his 2nd soccer game of the spring season. They won and he scored 2 goals himself! He was doing so well. However, Ari has been sick (I took her to urgent care on Wednesday to find out she had croup, so she's been battling that all week. Not sleeping much and super grumpy) so I stood and held her the whole time. Resulting in no photo taking on my part--boo! BUT my photographer friend took this of Ari--she looks so big, wow!

 My friend also caught this adorable picture Monday during soccer practice. Ari LOVES her sunglasses, she wears them constantly.

Jared is off on yet another trip this next week. 3 trips in the past 3 weeks, yikes!
